You cant say: hay otro grupo ir irá mañana también
it is like saying "There is another group go will go tomorrow too" it doesnt make sence.
You can say: hay otro grupo que irá mañana también.
If you have any doubt dont hesitate to ask.
"There is" translates as "Hay".
You cannot use "estar" with nouns (e.g. un grupo).
