"Alivio" is a noun, and "estar" cannot be used with nouns. "Misterio" is another noun, and it should have been an adjective.

The most common way to say this is probably:

Menos mal que voy a recuperarme de esta misteriosa enfermedad.

Using relieved:

Por fin estoy aliviado de saber que voy a recuperarme de esta misteriosa enfermedad.
