The phrase, " el techo de dos aguas" was used to describe the color of a ceiling in a novel. I can't find a translation for this

Un techo de dos aguas means an "A Frame Apex Roof". This would be where the water runs off the roof in two different directions. However, this does not seem to satify your context.

Probablemente es sufficiente. Los otros aspectos de la habitacion eran colores. No es por cierto que la frase del techo era un color.
