It's poor Spanish, and illogical to boot, but here's the gist:

*I don't work I'm an administrator and invoicing/sales/check-in/registration/etc. ... I feel like getting into' college, but they won't give me enough time!

Also, I'm putting my life together by buying some things for myself and it's pretty different...so when you come here I'll show you my house.*

' I've never seen arrancar used this way, but I'm guessing from the context. He (administrador is masculine) says he doesn't work, but then says he's an administrator, so I'm guessing he is too busy working to go to school.
