I need to translate this in english, can anyone help, please

This is not normal Spanish. It's an heraldic description of a coat of arms. As a result, the translation in English should employ the standard heraldic terms (not your normal English). I am not a herald but ... "on a field vert, a tower with a turret gules" (where "vert" means "green" and "gules means "red"). The standard heraldic terminology is a confusing mixture of English and French words.
