Need translation for: We made

Question

I'm writing a story, and I want to say, "We made a snake bite him though."
What I have is, "Forzamos una serpientea la morder, sin embargo."

I don't really want to say, 'We forced', I want to say, 'we made,' as in, to make your younger brother do something, you know.

Any help would be appreciated.
