All I could find out about this one from the translation of words was that it was a prison home and her mother lived there when she was born. But all the other info on the birth certificate shows all of the women related to her were all in this prison home except her grandmother which I can't get the correct letters due to her certificate the words were mispelled and typed over or something, but I can't get all the letters to correctly translate it.

Amy,
You're being very unclear as to what information you are seeking. What question on the English adoption papers are you trying to find the answer to by reading the Spanish birth certificate? The child's place of birth?
You are giving us several addresses. What exactly do you wish to know concerning the addresses?
There are several places in Mexico that are called Cuauhtomec. Seeing the street name Morelos mentioned in the address, I am assuming this is Cuauhtomec, Mex. located within the D.F. of Mexico City. (Morelos is close-by).
penitentiary in Spanish is spelled:

you should get the birth certificate and other legal docuiments translated professionally.
It might save you a few headaches ( that aspirin wont cure) later on.
