How did spanish speaking cowboys get their animals to the stockyards? In english they would "drive" the cattle there. It seems unlikely that the right verb is manejar. maybe it's just bring: traer las vacas al corral de ganado. also I'm trying to figure out how to say meat packing plant. Blame Harry, I'm from cowtown

No problem. Example from the dictionary:

postillón.
1. m. Mozo que iba a caballo, bien delante de las postas para guiar a los caminantes, bien delante de un tiro para conducir al ganado.
