with January´s silver snow
my brazier will be full
of acorns and chestnuts
and whoever wishes to tell me

hmmmm, lo de las patrañas no me cuadra mucho, a ver si se puede poner mejor en inglés.

En los Estados Unidos no se usa mucho la palabra "Brazier". Parece mucho a la palabra "brasier". Por esto, yo diría "hearth".

También, creo que diría "fairy tales".

Well, it strongly resembles "brasier" because it's derived from the French word "brasier" (and, occasionally, spelled with an 's'). I think that most Americans would be more inclined to say "grill" because the usual association is with cooking rather than general heating. There are, of course, also all those Australian advertisements that speak of the "barbie".
