Chilean Market words

Question

These are words from pictures of a Chilean market in today's food section of our local newspaper.

These are fish
liza
dorado
reine tas

I think these are all beans

burros
coscoro
sapito (a little difficult to read, so it may be misspelled

Any idea what they are'

liza- white mullet
