Vocaulary lists

Have the vocabulary lists gone private now? I don't see the choices to make it a private or public list.

I've been told by a little bird that the lists will all be private unless they are made by the staff. Those will be public. They are considering the mechanism for making private lists public after review or whether to even offer that option. At least, they have resolved the problem of beginners trying to learn lists that are full of errors. (except for the staff's errors, but in their case they are availble to correct their lists). Let's still hold their feet to the fire.

If the lists are going to be private, I wonder what will happen to all the public lists that exist now? There are quite a few mistakes in them. I have pretty much stopped using them and just use my own lists.
