boneless top round London broil

I translate as
boneless thick cut, but I don't get the cañada which means gully, ravine, stream
and it's not Canadá

I'm assuming that was a typo for sin hueso.

Cañada has several meanings. The ravine / stream is one, but when referred to food, it is either the shin (of the beef), or the marrow... as far as I know.

This site has "inside round" as "canada" without the tilde (but the entire page doesn't seem to carry any accents).
