I was watching 12 corazones on telemundo, it's a dating show, and I think they were discussing about their looks, how do they feel when they walk down on the street, do they dress sexy just for themselves or for the men to look at....that's when this girl says " soy sexy.."

Yes, then I would say you're right. "Desvestirse" can also mean "to undress" and "vestirse" is "to dress" as in "to put clothes on."
