ASK A QUESTION Demostrative Adjectives and Demostrative Pronouns
I am working on the last chapter for this quarter. We just started using este, ese, aquel, and the pronouns (have accent marks). I am having trouble with this. I can't seem to be able to remember them or how they are used. Any hints would be very helpful. thank you !!!!!

Este=this
ese=these
aquel=that
These are all masculine. use esa, esta and aquella when referring to feminine words. Esto and eso and aquellos=those is used when something isn't gender specific.
Nicole,
You seem to have already gotten so much help already, but there is also another link I'd like to show you. Here on this site, I have written explanations, or references, for many grammar and verb topics. You can see the demonstrative adjective one here. There are tons of examples and explanations and little exercises down at the bottom so you can see if you understand the material. I hope this helps. Good luck when it comes to the big test!
I don't thik ese means these. These is plural.
estes=these
eses=those
aquellos=those
este=this
ese=that
aquel=that
