If you are speaking to a man- ¿Es alto o bajo usted? If speaking to a woman - ¿Es alta o baja usted? Usted can be place at the beginning of the sentence instead.

So if I'm just speaking to people in general, like a group what would I say? Wait, I would use the masculin term right? Because when there is a man in a group that is the one you use. So how would I say that'?

Yes, to any group you could say, ¿Son altos o bajos ustedes'

Well, I don't know about putting the subject before the verb in a question, but how about:?
¿Sois vosotros altos o bajos?

¿Son ustedes altos o bajos?

Also, I don't know if your comment about any group is correct or not. To a group of ALL FEMALES I don't think they would appreciate the use of the masculine adjectives

Well of course, but if there is just one man in it you would use the masculin term. I know that there are guys on the sight so I would use that term.

I use ustedes instead of vosotros because I live in Mexico. I am familiar with the pronoun, but don't know how to conjugate for it.

So is my question correct'? I use usted as well for that is what I was taught.
