ASK A QUESTION Please help: Christmas card

I want to give my Spanish teacher (una mujer) a Feliz Navidad card. Should I use "Por" or "Para mi profesora '" Also, how should I idimatically say, " I enjoyed the class very much '" As you may have guessed, I'm a begiinning student. Muchas gracias ! ~Ed
