my friend list isn't working :(
For some reason my computer wont let me add friends who send friend requests, and I don't see the "add as friend" button under other peoples picture, Is it because I'm not over 13'

II doubt that, but tell me, do you see the "add as friend" option right below your question? Open someone's discussion whom you wish to add as a friend and see if you can use that option. You may have a broken link on your My Page.
If you can't, then pose your question to the staff (Contact Us) link or comment on their My Page. They may have placed some kind of Parental Controls option on your account due to your age.
