how is the letter D and also Z said in between words?
How is the letter D said when in a word such as ciudad is it quiet or similar to th?
How is the letter Z said at begining and in between words? this would be grateful

The way I learned is to say it something like "see-you-dad" but that might be wrong. But that is just for the ciudad part.
