si tu quieres, tu puedes llamar me esta noche
Hi, I'm trying to say, "If you want, you can call me tonight." I think it's "si tu quieres, tu puedes llamar me esta noche" but I really don't know how to use if in spanish. If there's a different way to say this sentence that sounds better, please tell me! Thanks for any help!

It is almost fine. Just a couple of points:
In Spanish we don't say "I", "you", "we" like in English, unless there is a very good reason for it, so you have to omit them in your sentence; they sound horrible.
The second one is that the pronoun "me" must be written attached to the infinitive: "llamarme".
P.S. I somehow managed to delete my previous post.
Awesome, thanks for your help!

Also Noah, by omitting "tú" we do not have to point out that there should be an accent over the "u".
