Your title says "Can you help me lean Spanish". You have typed "lean" instead of learn into the translator, and it came up with a literal translation for that: lean, with little fat.
I didn't understand the sentence until I translated into English. And many people still think that spelling is not that importnat.

Lazarus, I think Natasha was saying she didn't know how to say "Can we quote you on that'" in Spanish. That saying in English is often used ironically, as Natasha has used it. That is, when someone says something funny, stupid, astonishing, ridiculous, etc., we use this saying. Of course, it comes from the news media, where reporters ask interviewees if they can use their comments verbatim.
