First it is singular (tú) and second plural (vosotros)
Estás vivo (tú)?
Estáis vivos (vosotros)?
I thought that you knew, sorry
In Spanish we don't say the subjects, only if we want to be emphatics.

Both of these are in the "familiar" form. Polite form:

¿Está vivo? or ¿Está viva? (singular)
¿Están vivos? or ¿Están vivas? (plural)
