I would like to know what is the equivalent in English for Secretariado corresponal bilingüe.

a bilingual, secretarial, correspondant ? sounds like a fancy title for a bilingual secretary-correspondant or that they want a correspondant that will be doing a lot of secretarial duties: a reporter/writer that also makes coffee.
not sure whether it is correspondant or correspondent (overlapping, slightly different jobs)
