You might try iTunes podcasts. You don't have to have an iPod to download and listen to the podcasts on your computer or any mp3 player. my favorite podcasts are spanishpod and notesinspanish -both are free (although you can pay for extra material -transcripts and so on) and available on itunes.

I like Spanishpod because it is very lively and fun, they have 5 levels, and they discuss grammar points as well.There is a slight bias toward Mexico
Notesinspanish is just a 10 min conversation between a married couple (she from Madrid, he originally from Oxford) it is also fun, and they focus on 'real' Spanish there is a slight bias toward Madrid
