I have watched this morning long time ago and it was a very good movie. However the story was not very new and I think other countries have had this kind of movies already. There even was a TV pragram talking about this similar story in my country.
"Como si fuera la primera vez" sounds much better than "50 first dates". (my personal opinion.)

Any of the peer to peer movie web sites (uTorrent, LimeWire, etc.) will have movies in Spanish to download, but be prepared to wade through tons of porn to get to them.
