How does one make Spanish punctuation and accents on a PC key board?

Question

I think there is a simple way to make the upside down punctuation and accent marks seen in Spanish sentences. Can anyone tell me how?

it's easy cuz i have one too. you have to hit the control button and then the quotation/accent mark key and then type in the letter you want accented.
