Jaja is the same as haha: the sound of someone laughing.
Please take into consideration the fact that the J in Spanish always sounds like a English H (only stronger), and not like the English J, which is phonetically close to the Y. "Jaja" in Spanish sounds similar to "Haha" in English.

Of course, you also have jajajá, jajajajá, jajajajajá,... and jejé, jejejé, jejejejé,... Hehe.
