Well litereally that is, "We sin of individualism" I am guessing the author is saying something to the effect of "We are all guilty of individualism/being our own people" possibly tongue in cheek smile
Does that make sense with what you read?

yes, it makes sense. there was a text regarding "estado de animo" and it said that "seres humanos pecamos de individualismo"

pecar means to sin, however, pecar de + adjective means "to be too" + adjective. you have, however, arrived at the correct conclusion.
