Does somebody have any idea how to say "Jamz anywhere" in Spanish'

Jamz is not a real word. It probably means jams, but we would need some context to answer your question properly.

what I understand, the word jamz come from the music term 'jamming? or 'jam session', but I don't find any word in Spanish that have the same or a close meaning to this.

Here in Costa Rica, we, the musicians don't translate the term. I mean, it's usual to say "hagamos una jam", no one would bother and say "hagamos una sesión de improvisación" or "reunámonos a improvisar algo". The english term sounds much more "cool", I guess. Only musicians become familiar with the term in my country, at least.
