Ro-ro as a description for a very good looking, lucious man

This word was used many years ago to describe a male, as noted. Su novio es un ro ro. Not sure of spelling, but can't find any reference to it anywhere.

I don't know that expression but Spanish is very creative, maybe someone created it.
