Why advertise?
I am having a hard time with this one:
Why advertise in the paper?
I don't know whether the verb after 'por que' should be conjugated or the infiintive.
'Por que anunciarse en el periodico?
The sentence is being used as a title to a list of reasons why you should advertise in the paper.

The right way is "Porqué anunciar en el periódico".
If you use "anunciarse" is still gramatically correct, but that would mean someting like " why advertise yourself in the paper'". The first is more generic and sounds better.
The right way is "Porqué anunciar en el periódico".
The right way is "Por qué", since here it is not a noun (el porqué), but an adverbial phrase.
