Hello! I need help with this sentence (esp. the bracketed portions):

El articulo 302 LE Crim contempla como medida juridicamente la suspension [[temporal del derecho que a las partes se les reconoce para intervenir]] en todas las diligencias del procedimiento, sin mas restricciones [que tal medida] no debera prolongarse mas tiempo [del estrictamente necesario conforme] a las exigencias de la instruccion.

My stab at it is:
LE Crim Article 302 contemplates as a juridical measure the [temporary] suspension of the [''recognised right of the parties to intervene''] in all the steps of the proceedings, without more restrictions [''] should not prolong the time beyond what is strictly necessary in accordance with the exigencies of the preliminary investigation.

Looks pretty good, but:

...sin mas restricciones que tal medida no debera prolongarse mas tiempo del estrictamente necesario conforme a las exigencias de la instruccion.

...without further restrictions that such a measure should not prolong the time beyond what is strictly necessary according to the exigencies of the preliminary investigation.

That's my spin, anyway.
