How do you say "Bird Droppings" in Spanish?

I do not want to use some slang I picked up along the way. I am trying to communicate with my gardener and they did not teach us that in school!

There are several that you could use:
excrementos fecales de ave
heces de ave

ave is bird or you could also say pájaro.
