El baño no se puede construir donde usted me dijo por la altura del tercho, debe de ser en la parte de arriba o sea frente a la casa de William.

translates to English (because tercho cannot be found):

Guess: techo, roof

The bath cannot be constructed where told you me because of the height of the roof. It must be in the part above, that is, in front of William's house.

Good catch. I copied and pasted the sentence, but didn't notice that the word order was reversed.

Indeed. That was a complete brain freeze on my part, since I know perfectly well which is which. I should have caught it on my own, though, since roof makes no sense in this context. Thanks for pointing it out!
