Which one is nicer to be used?
Is there a difference between the two'

no it like encantado is like for somebody that i like.
and mucho gusto i use to all the people.
but u can used both in the same way.

Hola guapo: Puedes decir cualquiera de las dos.

¡Encantada de conocerte!

¡Mucho gusto en conocerte!

The first is more used in Spain, I would say, the other in Latin American countries. We also use it here, but not so often. And note the difference in preposition.
