This is badly written and missing most of the accents. It's something about:
I'm very happy that they are planning to return to Peru. [se que de ser asi -- I don't understand that part, don't know if they meant to put an accent on se or not] We will return to see, I would like to return to see them [see them again].
I am very happy to see that you are thinking of coming back to Peru. I know we will meet again if this should be like this. I would love to see you again.
Me da mucho gusto que planeen volver a Perú.
I'm so happy that you are planning to come back to Peru.
Sé que de ser así nos volverémos a ver
I know that that way we can see each other again.
Me gustaría volver a verlos.
I would like to see you (all) again.
OK, James and Heidita. You have two different interpretations of the middle part here. Can you clarify please'
I think our interpretations are exactly the same, just worded differently (and hers is a bit unnatural in English; no offense!).
De ser así means "by being that way," which here refers to planning a return to Peru, so he's saying that knowing that his friends are planning a return makes him happy because that means he gets to see them again.
That's how I see it, anyway.
OK, I get it. That lack of an accent on se really messed me up.
I think it can be said both ways, I mean, the result is the same one:
I know we will meet again if this should be like this (that is: if you should come to Peru)
I know that that way (that is: if you come to Peru) we can see each other again. (I would use simple future, not "can")
