First of all, dare as you are using it (to dare someone to do something) is a verb, not a noun. It is a noun in "I did it on a dare."

As for the Spanish, "I dare you to tell her" would be something like:
¡A que no te atreves a decirselo!
Te desafío a decirselo.
Te desafío a que se lo digas.
¿Te atreverías a decirselo?

"Dare to do something great" might be:
Atrévete a hacer algo magnífico.
Atrévete a ser una hacha en (hacer algo).
