When do you use bienvenido as opposed to bienvenidos'

Bienvenido = "Welcome" to one person (a man)
Bienvenida = "Welcome" to one person (a woman)
Bienvenidos = "Welcome" to a group of people (all men or a group of men and women)
Bienvenidas = "Welcome" to a group of women
