Can you really use realizada as fulfillment without any more context and have it be understood?

If I wanted to say people are looking for satisfacion and fulfillment it would be ok to say:

la gente busca la satisfacion y la realizada.

It doesn't make sence to me, but according to the dictionary and your answers, realizada is used to replace the fulfillment.
