I think L's suggestion is correct, assuming that Kamona means the wish you make when you blow out your candles.
El cumpleañero pide un deseo en silencio y sopla las velas de su torta de cumpleaños. Si lo hace soplando una sola vez, su deseo se cumplirá, pero sólo si lo guarda en secreto.
On the other hand, she might mean sending someone wishes for a happy birthday, which would be something different in Spanish.
Context is everything, Kamona!

I just want to wish the little boy a belated happy birthday. Can you write it as it could appear on the inside of a card?
