Are you listening to me
Estás me escuchando? or Estás escuchandome?
Have you been listening to me
Has estado me escuchando? or Has estado escuchandome?
Or do people even say that -- is it more direct to just say Me escuchas?
or, for that matter (sorry if this should be a different post, but it's all related)
Will you listen to me
Vas escucharme? or Me escucharás?

Communication is so much fun. thanks.

Are you listening to me?

¿Me estás escuchándo? or ¿Estás escuchándome?
Have you been listening to me?

¿Me has estado escuchándo? or ¿Has estado escuchándome?
-- is it more direct to just say ¿Me escuchas? = like: Can you hear me'.

Will you listen to me?

¿Vas a escucharme? or ¿Me escucharás'.

Hope this helps!.

thanks-- looks like I was close. So -- the indirect object pronoun goes before both of the verbs.
And of the above options (e.g. me escuchándo or escuchándome) is either one more typically used or favored or are they absolutely the same meaning'

They are exactly the same. Note, however, that you cannot say "me escuchando." You have to have a verb in there, as in "me está escuchando." Also note that there is no accent on escuchando, since it follows the rule of being stressed on the penultimate syllable. It is only when you add the "me" at the end that you need an accent, since in that case the stress is on the third syllable from the end.
