"Que quiere hacer" means "what do you want to do". Informal use
"Que quisiera hacer" is "what would you like to do". Formal use

Although it is not incorrect (once you add the accent, and the interrogation signs), I've never heard something like that. Dunia's suggestion below is a lot more common.

I was taught "que quieres hacer".
