part time, full time

Question

How would you say "part time" or "full time"? I'm trying to make the point that part time volunteers wouldn't have the same level of expertise as full time professionals. Thanks

The most common ones:

Full time = jornada/horario completo
Part time = jornada/horario/tiempo parcial

So I could say "voluntarios de horario parcial" or "empleados de horario completo" ¿right'
