Juan, isn't "development" desarrollo, rather than desarrollado?

You can probably express this in Spanish better than I, but I think the literal meaning of "This is the largest master planned development of the area" would be "En esta area, este es el desarrollo más grande bajo un plan maestro."

"Plan maestro desarrollado" means "master plan [that has been] developed," but that isn't what the English says. "Master-planned development" means development conducted under (or according to) a master plan.
