BTW, you might be interested to know that there is a specific word in Japanese for reading books, newspapers, etc., without paying for them: tachiyomi (tachi = stand; yomi = read). It's one of the national pastimes of Japan!

"Sacar libros de la biblioteca", now that you mention it, sounds somehow better than "en la biblioteca", but I cannot find a fault on the latter (actually, I adapted Gustavo's version, and left the preposition).

By the way, this "yomi" surely comes from "yomu", one of the few kanji + hiragana combinations I remember, but this "tachi", is it a stand kanji plus a chi? I've forgotten so much...

By the way, did you know that Japanese is one of the languages that are phonetically closest to Spanish? I bet you've notice at least.

Now that you mention it, I guess either en or de could work. De is logical because the verb is sacar, but the action of sacar takes place en la biblioteca.

Yes, yomi comes from yomu, and tachi is the stem form of tatsu, to stand. So it's literally "leer a pie."
