You are trying to translate word by word. That doesn't work. If you translate your sentence back into English it would look something like:

To do you (plural) to want for rope?

You can ask someone if they would like to rope by simply saying:

¿Quiére usted lazar? (Do you (singular) want to rope')
¿Quiéres tu lazar? (Do you (a close friend) want to rope')
¿Quiéren ustedes lazar? (Do you (more than one person) want to rope')

Lazar is the verb meaning to rope. I'm not a cowboy (vaquero), so I'm not sure of any other expressions that would be used meaning "to rope."
