Espero poder conocerte
Espero poder quedar contigo

Dunia's suggestions are perfect IF you mean "meet for the first time." If you mean "see or get together with you," however, it would be something like "Espero que podamos unirnos" or "Espero poder recibirlo/a [en la estación, etc.]."

I realize that the first meaning is far more likely, but just wanted to point out the other possibility.

Sorry James, but you are sorry.

"Espero que podamos unirnos" sounds as if you would like to marry this person you have to meet.

"Espero poder recibirlo" is when you are in a place that is your "territory" and the other person has to come to this place. If it is a neutral place the expression is: quedar, vernos.
We have to meet = Tenemos que quedar = Tenemos que vernos.
After "espero" is better use infinitive

"Espero que..." doesn't sound well.

I wanted to say that you are wrong.

Espero poder encontrarme con usted (formal)
Espero poder encontrame contigo (informal)

This solves the if for the first time meeting, or the territory issue. I agree that 'unir' is just not the right verb. Maybe 'juntar' could work as well though...

Espero poder juntarme con usted,
Espero poder juntarme contigo

sorry, but the second option is just not correct Spanish.

"Espero poder juntarme contigo/usted" in Spain meant some time ago that you hope to live with your partner, without marrying. It is old-fashioned. It is used for older and uneducated people.

Whew! I'm glad you cleared that up!

Anyway, my only point was to mention that "to meet" can have two different meanings, and that Randy should make sure the Spanish reflected what he wanted to say.

Thanks for the comments.

I don't fully understand your question.

Please, could you explain me?

I meant that this expression is not used nowadays by young people.

Pronouns''''?

I understand this one
Espero poder conocerte

but why the me at the end of encontrarme & juntarme'

Because when you say "Espero poder juntarme/encontrarme contigo" you are literally saying "I hope to be able to join/find myself with you."
