I'm going to take a guess. Reading it, it sounds like very informal and familiar conversation as I experienced the language in Spain. I am guessing that some punctuation might help. I think it may follow a conversation where the speaker has terminated his inconclusive thoughts (much like this response to you) and says ."... and that's all" or " and ... yeah." Then says "There are my suggestions" or "There are some ideas for names." And finally, (of this part I'm confident), "You'll tell me what you think (after thinking it over or after talking to your spouse.)"
To me it seems like three separate utterances. = " ... y nada. Pues ahi estan. Ya me diras que te parecen."

I don't how to translate "ya". It's like saying: when you want you will tell me something about it.

Wouldn't "ya" translate to "now" in this instance.

Now you will tell me what YOU think. (voice stress on the second you)

No, "ya" in this case means in the future.
