"Que te cuentas'" Is this true'

Well, we say the same here in Spain

¿Qué te cuentas? What's up'

I notice that you are fluent in Spanish. Are you referring to the fact that they use the familiar form and not the polite form in Peru, even to people they do not know. If so , I think we need a Peruvian to answer.

i think it is "what 's up", this is an informal way to say que pasa, q te cuentas
