This gibberish is a machine translation. It isn't human language.

it is straight form a person trying to translate to my language as they write an email I just dont know what certin words are....but no no Machine LOL

Thanks anyway I know my friends English is not good he is trying and when he wrote the email it is not like being there...LOL There are a few words that i dont understand.

I still think it's a MT. I have a lot of experience with MT, and this sentence is very typical of it. If it were a human writing, he or she wouldn't have left in the Spanish words, but computers always leave in any words they can't translate. They're just dumb machines.

The person writing to you is using MT to try and write to you in English. Ask your correspondent to send you the original sentence in Spanish, and we can translate it for you.

I agree, the 'saludame' being left is very indicative of a machine translation, the almost always have trouble with these forms.
