i jsut thought it might be "deshebrar":

Which might mean: to slice...
Deshebrar is not used in Spain.
What words are you learning? Carne de res, pollo, jamon, bistec, are the words I know. Also, carne molida as ground beef is worth knowing.
The word for pork escapes me at the moment.
